TO MANDATORY VACCINATION?

COVID-19 brought disaster in the world and became a pandemic as time got by. It took a lot from everyone including their normal lives, usual habits, and most of the people suffered from hunger because many of them lost their jobs. The worst thing is this virus took many lives. Day by day, the number of infected cases and deaths are increasing especially around 2019 during the rise of this deadly disease. Fortunately, after 2 years, the world is slowly recovering from this and is finally making some improvements which is primarily because of the intensified health protocols that the government implemented and because of the vaccines.

According to World Health Organization (2021), COVID-19 vaccines provide strong protection against serious illness, hospitalization, and death. Vaccines help everyone to prevent the severe diseases and death because of this virus. But it doesn’t mean that they can do whatever they want because they are vaccinated. They still need to follow the heath protocols to ensure everyone’s safety and their own.

Being vaccinated is every country’s priority nowadays. So, the government is doing their best to make everyone vaccinated because of it is the mandatory vaccination wherein everyone is required to get vaccinated for them to go to school, work or malls. This is for them to avoid on getting the virus and spread or pass it to others. However, there’s the fact that not everyone can get vaccinated because of some reason. First, there are limited vaccines which can’t make everyone vaccinated. Second, they can’t get vaccinated because of their health problems for there are several cases that vaccines can make their situation worst because of its side effect to them. Lastly, everyone has a freedom to choose whether they want to get vaccinated or not. That’s their right as a human. The only thing that a person can do for the others is to make them understand the essence of vaccines and its effect if everyone is vaccinated.
