TCUMC is always striving to do what is best for the students that are part of their team. The community wanted to give them an opportunity out of their responsibility as it is what will make the club grew more successful and effective. Challenges through the journey is one of the most efficient way to achieved what they want for the club. Each members of the club are required to join one team inside the club to show how willing they were on handling the responsibility that was assigned to them.
Miss Rose Ann San Juan, the VP internal of the TCUMC said, "Ang una kong napansin sa organization natin is lack of representatives and committee, I mean puro officers lang ang gumagawa so why not na pati members is bigyan ng responsibility to represent our club. I want them na wag mahiya, ilabas Yung skills and talents na mayroon sila para na rin sa sarili nila yung pagform namin ng group or teams. (The first thing I noticed in our organization is the lack of representatives and committees, I mean only officers work so why not give members the responsibility to represent our club. I want them not to be shy, bring out the skills and talents that they have for themselves when we form a group or teams.)
She believes that each member of the TCUMC community possesses unique abilities that they may apply not just to the competitions that they will be participating in, but also in the future. She urged them to step outside of their comfort zones and see what they could do with their abilities.
The TCUMC have planned and prepared a lot of fun activities and had decided to join different competitions from the University to make their members to gain confidence in themselves and their skills. They want them to bring the best out of their abilities to represent their team.
